Ferdinand Engayo

Ferdinand Engayo has extensive work experience in various roles related to engineering and maintenance. Ferdinand most recently worked as a Dual Chief at Huntington Hotel Group, managing the engineering department for both Residence Inn and Springhill Suites. Prior to that, they worked as a Chief Engineer at BPR Properties, where they managed the maintenance department and implemented IHG standards. Ferdinand also has experience as a Maintenance Director at Atria Senior Living, where they were responsible for managing a team and ensuring compliance with operational and safety standards. Additionally, they worked as a Regional Chief Engineer at Larkspur Hotels & Restaurants, where they managed budgets and oversaw major renovation projects. Earlier in their career, they had roles as a System Administrator at DIVA and Facilities Maintenance at Varian, Inc.

Ferdinand Engayo has a diverse education history. Ferdinand attended De Anza College from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Technology. Prior to that, from 1987 to 1989, they attended San Jose City College and earned an AS degree in Construction Technology.

In addition to their academic achievements, Ferdinand Engayo holds a professional certification as a Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO), which they obtained from PHTA Greater Houston in March 2022.
