Beth Richard is a seasoned professional in instructional design and training development, currently serving as the Senior Instructional Developer at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc. since August 2021. With a robust background including roles at Raytheon as a Senior Training and Development Specialist and Instructional Systems Designer, Beth has effectively collaborated with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to create tailored training solutions for various sectors. Previous experience includes instructional design positions at Engility Corporation, Kimray, Inc., and Oklahoma City University, where Beth focused on developing web-based and instructor-led training and managed learning management systems.
