Phil Grandfield

Phil Grandfield currently serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Huntington Ingalls Industries, Inc., where responsibilities include leading efforts in live, virtual, constructive training for the Navy. Previously, Phil held the role of Director of Business Development at Alion Science and Technology and served as a Senior Business Development Executive at CACI International Inc., focusing on logistics and material readiness solutions. Phil is also the former President and CEO of JCC Group Consulting LLC, providing consulting services for the Department of Defense and aviation sectors. Additional experience includes coaching at Check-6 International, directing business development at WBB, and a distinguished 26-year career in the United States Navy as a Captain and Fighter Pilot. Phil holds a Master's degree in Systems Management from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
