Ben Albert has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ben currently serves as the Director of Ticketing at The Huntington, where they oversee operations and ensures an exemplary guest experience. Prior to this, they worked as an Agent at Spectrum Ticketing.

Ben's early experience includes a role as a Booking Assistant/Publicity Coordinator at Nederlander Concerts, assisting in booking artists for premier amphitheaters across the U.S. Their extensive background in sales, operations, client and customer relations, and booking management has shaped their career in the entertainment and arts industries.

Ben Albert has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy and English from Clark University. Ben also holds a Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) degree in Education from Simmons University. Additionally, Ben has a certification in ServeSafe, obtained from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
