Ben Albert

Ben Albert has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ben currently serves as the Director of Ticketing at The Huntington, where they oversee operations and ensures an exemplary guest experience. Prior to this, they worked as an Agent at Spectrum Ticketing.

From 2017 to 2020, Ben worked at American Program Bureau, initially as a Senior Agent/Account Manager and later as an Agent. Here, they focused on booking industry leaders and celebrities for speaking engagements and public appearances, with a specialization in media personalities, great storytellers, and diversity and inclusion.

Before that, Ben founded and operated their own online retail startup, Yeoman's Work, Inc., where they specialized in selling quality musical instruments and unique gifts for music lovers. Ben utilized their skills in web programming, web design, sales, and customer relations to build the business.

Ben's experience in the arts industry includes their role as Senior Manager of Audience Services at ArtsEmerson: The World On Stage, where they managed client and guest experience operations. Ben also worked at Ticketmaster as a Senior Retail Field Manager/Territory Manager, overseeing sales and operations for retail outlets across the East Coast.

Earlier in their career, Ben served as a Retail Manager at Barnes & Noble and as a Booking Agent/Artist Rep. at Concerted Efforts, specializing in booking concert tours for Blues, Americana, and World Music artists. Ben also worked as an Assistant Agent at Premier Talent, where they assisted in booking top-level Rock artists and maintained communication with artist management and other stakeholders.

Ben's early experience includes a role as a Booking Assistant/Publicity Coordinator at Nederlander Concerts, assisting in booking artists for premier amphitheaters across the U.S. Their extensive background in sales, operations, client and customer relations, and booking management has shaped their career in the entertainment and arts industries.

Ben Albert has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Philosophy and English from Clark University. Ben also holds a Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) degree in Education from Simmons University. Additionally, Ben has a certification in ServeSafe, obtained from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
