Briana Pleyte

Briana Pleyte, SHRM-CP, currently serves as an HR Operations Analyst III - Immigration Program Manager at Huntington National Bank, overseeing the immigration and visa sponsorship program for over 250 sponsored colleagues and their dependents since June 2021. Prior to this role, Briana worked as an HCM Compliance, Risk, and Immigration Specialist at TCF Bank, managing a similar program for 70 colleagues from June 2020 to June 2021. Briana’s experience also includes serving as an HR Service Center Specialist at Chemical Bank, where responsibilities encompassed educating team members on HR policies and managing payroll and benefits inquiries, as well as earlier roles in training and service management at TEAM Schostak Family Restaurants and Applebee's. Briana holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Communication and Leadership Studies from Central Michigan University.
