John Lang

John Lang has over three decades of experience in real estate appraisal, starting as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser at Viehmann & Price from 1984 to 1989. Lang transitioned to a role as a Staff Appraiser at Laureate Capital from 1990 to 1999, where responsibilities included preparing appraisals and loan underwriting packages for various commercial properties. From January 2000 to October 2000, Lang served as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Cushman & Wakefield, preparing appraisals for commercial properties across the Midwest. Since October 2000, Lang has been with Huntington National Bank as a Review Appraiser, focusing on commercial real estate appraisal reviews, particularly in the senior housing and healthcare sectors, while also previously serving as a portfolio manager from 2005 to 2009. Lang holds a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate & Finance from Indiana University Indianapolis.
