Alan Perl

Alan Perl, MAI, AI-GRS, is a highly experienced commercial real estate appraiser with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as First Vice President/Senior Review Appraiser at Flagstar Bank since February 2018, Alan has previously held prominent positions including Senior Vice President at Metropolitan Valuation Services and Vice President at KTR Newmark Real Estate Services. Alan's early career included significant roles as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Appraisal Advisory Group Inc and as a City Assessor for the New York City Department of Finance. Educational achievements consist of a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Queens College and a Diploma in Real Estate from New York University.
