John Gary Maynard

John Gary Maynard is currently the Co-Chair of the IP Practice Group at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP and has been with the company since 1997, previously as a Partner when it was Hunton & Williams. Prior to their time at the firm, John Gary served as a Judicial Clerk for The Honorable Susan C. Bucklew in the Middle District of Florida. With a JD from Stetson University College of Law and a B.A in Economics and Religious Studies from Davidson College, John Gary's practice focuses on brand protection, software audits, online enforcement, trade secret protection, licensing of intellectual property assets, and litigation under the Lanham Act and the Copyright Act.
