Catie Young

Catie Young is an accomplished internal communications consultant with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as an Internal Communications Consultant at Huntsman Corporation since December 2022, Catie supports leadership in developing a new growth business unit through strategic messaging and internal branding initiatives. As the founder and director of I.CY since 2013, Catie has aided numerous businesses in enhancing their communication strategies. Additional roles include providing communication consultancy at Roche, HERAN Partners, and Helexia Group, as well as content development and editorial work with the Institute of Tropical Medicine in Antwerp and Digestive Cancers Europe. Catie holds an Executive Master Class in B2B Marketing and Sales from Vlerick Business School and a Bachelor of Business in Communication and Journalism from Queensland University of Technology.
