Napoleon Houser

Napoleon Houser is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and maintenance roles. Currently serving as the Regional Manufacturing Excellence Leader at Huntsman Corporation since October 2022, Napoleon previously held the position of Senior Process Operator at Huntsman from January 2015 to October 2022. Prior to this, Napoleon worked as a Maintenance Technician at Rockwood Pigments from January 2000 to January 2015 and as a Maintenance Manager at Caremore House Home Health Services from September 2012 to February 2013. Napoleon holds a Bachelor of Organizational Leadership and an Associate of Arts in General Studies, both obtained from Eastern University, with studies spanning from 2012 to 2016.
