Natasja Degrieck

Natasja Degrieck serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Huntsman since March 2012, overseeing legal strategy and support for an international business generating $4.6 billion in revenue, while also managing legal teams across various jurisdictions. Natasja has held several positions at Huntsman, including Vice President of Legal Services for the Global Polyurethanes business and Director of Legal for the EAME and Asia Pacific regions. Prior experience includes senior legal roles at ICI PLC in London and Delaware, providing legal support across the Americas. In addition, Natasja is a Non-Executive Director and member of the Governance Committee at Vrije Universiteit Brussel. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws from Vrije Universiteit Brussel, a License Speciale en Droit Economique from Université libre de Bruxelles, and further training at the University of Oxford and IMD in Switzerland.
