Jennifer Guinn has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Quality, Compliance and Risk at Huntsville Memorial Hospital since August 2015. Previously, Jennifer held various leadership roles at Huntsville Memorial Hospital, including Director of Compliance and Accreditation, Director of Perinatal Services, and Director of Clinical Effectiveness. From January 2013 to April 2016, Jennifer worked as the Director of Operations and Physician Recruitment at Newborn Intensive Care Specialist (NICS), focusing on compliance, policy development, and physician relations. Jennifer's career also includes a role as the Director of Maternal Child Health at Tomball Regional Medical Center from October 2005 to December 2012, where responsibilities encompassed clinical operations, nursing supervision, and performance improvement. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing from North Harris Community College.
