The Governance Team at the Huntsville Symphony Orchestra is responsible for overseeing the organization’s strategic direction, ensuring effective leadership, and upholding its mission. Composed of trustees and key officers, the team develops policies, monitors compliance, and engages in long-term planning to enhance the orchestra's artistic and educational initiatives, while fostering community relationships and support.
