Karen Heyse

Karen Heyse has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Karen started their career at Tucson Electric Power as a Director/Manager of Training and Organizational Development from October 2005 to October 2012. Karen then joined the University of Phoenix as a University Online Faculty/Instructor from September 2008 to June 2015. Karen also worked at Pinellas County Government as a Division Manager of Information Management and Business Support from February 2013 to June 2015. Karen later became a Small Business Owner at HomeWell Care Services of Pima from December 2016 to September 2020. Karen then transitioned to the City of Tucson as an Administrator of Business and Organizational Support Services from April 2021 to October 2021. Currently, they are working at Huntsville Utilities as the Director of Budget, Rates, and Financial Analysis since March 2023.

Karen Heyse completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix in 2000. Karen then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Management from the same university in 2006.
