Theodore Phillips

Theodore Phillips began their career as the Finance Director for the City of Shelby NC in July 2001 and held the position until August 2011. In September 2011, they joined Huntsville Utilities as the CFO, a position they currently hold.

Theodore Phillips attended Southeast Missouri State University from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting.
