Kirk Croal

Kirk Croal has extensive work experience, starting in 1989 as a Project Manager at RBS and progressing through various roles in different companies. Kirk served as a Senior Director and Head of Customer Services at Morgan Stanley from 1999 to 2004. Kirk then worked at O2 as the Head of Broadband Customer Service from 2004 to 2009. From 2010 to 2011, they were the Head of Customer Engagement at the National Australia Group. In 2011, they founded The Croal Consultancy Ltd and served as its Managing Director until 2015. Since 2015, they have been working at Huntswood, starting as the Head of MCS Head Office and later taking on roles as Managing Director of Huntswood Outsourcing, Managing Director of Client Solutions, and Technology Director. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Technology & Risk Officer at Huntswood.

Kirk Croal completed their education at The Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland from 1989 to 1994, earning an MCIBS degree in Banking.
