Kristen Gayle has worked in the mental health field since 2015. Kristen began as a Behavioral Assistant at Developmental Disabilities Health Providers in 2015, then moved to a Case Supervisor role at Voices for Children Montgomery in 2017. In 2018, they joined ALL THAT'S THERAPEUTIC, INC as a Mental Health Therapist, and then moved to a similar role at Families First Counseling & Psychiatry in 2020. Most recently, in 2021, they began working as a Mental Health Therapist at Hurdle.
Kristen Gayle received their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Pace University in 2013. Kristen then went on to receive their Master's degree in Counseling from Seton Hall University in 2016. Currently, they are pursuing their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Psychology at Howard University, which they are expected to complete in 2022. In April 2020, they obtained a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor certification from the Maryland Department of Human Services.
