Rich Wallace

Rich Wallace is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel and Development at Huron Valley Steel Corporation since January 2017, Wallace specializes in the recovery and recycling of non-ferrous metals. Prior to this role, Wallace was a Corporate Attorney at Aronberg Goldgehn Davis & Garmisa, providing outside general counsel to various industries and addressing complex legal issues. Additional experience includes roles at Golan & Christie LLP and Jenner & Block, where Wallace advised startups, negotiated significant agreements, and managed ownership transfers for international entities. Rich Wallace holds a JD, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and a BA in Sports Management and Communications from the University of Michigan.
