Ajith Menon M is an accomplished finance and operations leader with extensive experience in establishing and managing shared services centers across global organizations. Currently serving as Director of Global Finance & Operations at Huron since July 2022, Ajith is instrumental in developing strategies and frameworks for operations management and continuous improvement. Previously, Ajith held the position of General Manager at McKinsey & Company, where a focus on redefining the Shared Service Center's value proposition and driving innovation was paramount. Additional roles include Regional Manager at Kerry, where operations were centralized in the APAC region, and Senior Manager/Assistant Director at EY, supervising a global team. Ajith started a career at Brady Company India Pvt Ltd and Infosys BPO, progressively taking on leadership roles in operations and project management. Ajith holds educational credentials from the University of Calicut and Holy Trinity Palakkad.
