Lauren Roberts

Lauren Roberts has extensive work experience in the retail industry. Lauren began their career in 2007 as a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, where they were a core member of BCG's Retail & Consumer Goods practice area. In this role, they had broad experience across a range of strategic and operational topics in food, non-food, and luxury retail. Lauren also had international experience across UK, Europe, North America, and India. In 2012, they moved to Selfridges Group as Group Strategy Manager. Three years later, they were promoted to Head of Online Trading at Brown Thomas. In 2016, they returned to Selfridges Group as Group Strategy Director and Head of Group Strategy. Most recently, in 2021, they joined HURR as Chief Operating Officer and Growth Advisor.

Lauren Roberts has attended Ivey Business School at Western University.
