Barbara A. Fiore

Barbara A. Fiore is a seasoned consultant and educator with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Consultant for the Working Communities Challenge under the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston since November 2023, Barbara also operates Fiore Consulting Group LLC as Principal/Owner since June 2012, focusing on training, facilitation, and team building. From May 2014, Barbara has been a Facilitator, Instructor, and Program Manager at the Hurricane Island Outward Bound School. In addition, a Fine Art Representative at Larson Fine Art since January 2016, Barbara held dual roles as CFO and COO at Tootie's Tempeh, a social enterprise co-founded in May 2019 that specializes in organic, plant-based tempeh. Prior experience includes a decade at the Institute for Humane Education, where Barbara was the Director of The Solutionary Program and formerly served as a Board Chair. Barbara holds a Master’s Degree from Antioch University New England.
