Ryan Hernandez

Ryan Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Ryan started their career at Engineering Planning and Management, Inc. as an Associate Engineer II, where they provided critical Fire Protection and Mechanical Engineering Consulting Support to nuclear power plants. Ryan then joined Baxter International Inc. as a Manufacturing Development Program Associate, gaining experience in two business units through departmental rotations. Following that, they worked at Baxalta as a Manufacturing Supervisor in the Purification Business Unit, overseeing all AHF-M manufacturing operations. Ryan then joined Shire, first as a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist in the Fractionation/Purification Business Unit, and later as the Head of Teardown Manufacturing in the Fractionation Business Unit. In these roles, they demonstrated expertise in leading high-volume manufacturing operations and implementing lean management systems. Currently, Ryan works as the Vice President of Engineering at Hurst International, LLC., where they are responsible for customer produce labeling system management, system engineering design, and overall system reliability improvements. Ryan also implements measures to improve supply chain management and oversees new product development.
