Dr. Leigh Holley

Dr. Leigh Holley serves as the CEO and Owner of Holley Consultants, LLC., specializing in legal nurse consulting and nursing higher education, with a focus on individual, organizational, and programmatic consulting as well as executive coaching since January 2021. In addition, Dr. Holley has been an NCLEX Prep Instructor at Hurst Review Services since April 2016 and served as Associate Dean at UMMC School of Nursing from February 2022 to August 2024. Prior roles include Dean of Nursing at West Coast University and Professor at Abilene Christian University. Dr. Holley holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Abilene Christian University, a Master of Science in Nursing from Union University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology and Nursing from the University of Mississippi. Early career experience includes roles as Clinic Director at The Refinery and The Shot Nurse, as well as an instructor in the Medical Assisting Program at Remington College.
