Samantha Soto

Samantha Soto, a Project Manager at Hurst-Rosche, Inc., has extensive experience in site design for commercial and residential projects, along with expertise in local Motor Fuel Tax, Intergovernmental Grant Department, and Transportation Projects. Samantha previously held positions as a Staff Engineer at Kaskaskia Engineering Group, LLC and as a Civil Engineer at various other companies. Ms. Soto holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a BS in Engineering from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
