Kato Griff Klæboe

Kato Griff Klæboe has extensive experience in software development and management roles. They are currently working at Hurtigruten Group as a Chapter Lead Backend, responsible for managing the backend development department and building teams. Prior to that, they worked at Cloudberries AS as a Partner and Senior Consultant. They have also held positions at Element Logic as a Team Leader/Senior Software Engineer, at DIPS ASA as a Senior System Developer, at Schlumberger Information Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer, and at Teleplan Globe as a Software Engineer. In these roles, they have gained expertise in full stack development, project management, user interface and user experience design, and various programming languages and frameworks.

Kato Griff Klæboe obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Narvik University College (HiN) from 2002 to 2005. They then pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the same institution from 2005 to 2007. In 2014, Kato obtained a NN/g UX Certification in Interaction Design from the Nielsen Norman Group.
