Brian Webb

Brian Webb is a seasoned trial attorney with extensive experience in both plaintiff-side and defense litigation, currently serving as a Member at Hurwitz & Fine, P.C. since December 2018, where responsibilities include managing the firm's auto and trucking work, conducting presuit investigations, and handling cases through jury verdicts and appeals. Prior to this role, Brian served as an Associate Attorney at both Hurwitz & Fine and the Law Office of Robert D. Berkun, focusing on insurance defense and personal injury law. Brian gained valuable experience at Dombrowski, Sorensen & Gigac, where trial and litigation activities were conducted at the Cook County Courthouse. Brian's early career included law clerk positions that involved legal research and drafting in insurance, employment law, real estate, and business law. Brian holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from DePaul University College of Law and a BA magna cum laude in History and Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
