Filip Kramarczyk

Filip Kramarczyk has extensive work experience. Filip is currently the CEO and co-founder of Husarnet since December 2019. Prior to that, they were the COO and co-founder of Husarion starting from November 2017. Filip also worked as the Regional Category Supervisor EMEA / Connection Systems at Delphi from June 2017 to November 2017. Before that, they had various roles at Rolls-Royce, including Strategic Sourcing Lead / Propulsion, Automation & Control from July 2015 to June 2017, Strategic Buyer / Automation & Control from October 2013 to July 2015, and Junior Buyer / Automation & Control from May 2012 to October 2013. Filip started their career at INTech sp.j. as a Technical Assistant from August 2008 to March 2009 and later became a Junior Product Manager from March 2009 to May 2012.

Filip Kramarczyk completed their education at various institutions. Filip obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from AGH University of Krakow in 2007. In 2010, they enrolled at PJWSTK Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology in Warsaw and completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Management in 2014. Additionally, they pursued a Master's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications at AGH University of Krakow from 2011 to 2013.

Filip Kramarczyk was also a student at Jan III Sobieski High School in Cracow from 2004 to 2007 and attended Saguaro High School in Phoenix, AZ for one year in 2005.

Filip also obtained additional certifications, including the "First Time Manager" from Harvard Business Review Polska in May 2014. Furthermore, they acquired a "Certificate of Proficiency in English" from the University of Cambridge and a "TOEFL" certification from the Educational Testing Service (ETS).
