Joe Novotny

Joe Novotny currently serves as the principal at Husch Blackwell Strategies. Joe has over 20 years of experience working in the U.S. House of Representatives, including as the House Reading Clerk from 2010 to 2021 and as the Chief Clerk for the House Education and Workforce Committee from 2001 to 2010. Joe's experience and knowledge of the inner workings of the House of Representatives makes him a valuable asset to Husch Blackwell Strategies.

Joe Novotny attended The George Washington University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree.
