Dean R. Boeschen

As Chief Growth Officer, Dean is responsible for driving firm expansion and innovation through strategic planning, technology, attorney recruitment and forward-thinking solutions.

Dean’s 28 years of experience in law firm finance, client development and operations management affords him extensive insight into how the firm can better serve clients. He looks for ways to strategically grow the firm. This includes recruiting talented and diverse lawyers, from new associates to partners to lateral groups and firms.

He ensures the firm stays abreast of new technologies that directly benefit clients. He partners with collaborative tech communities, such as Cortex in St. Louis and Plexpod in Kansas City, to help guide the firm on the leading edge of innovation.

Dean oversees all aspects of the firm’s attorney integration programs and leads management of the General Assignment Associates and paralegals. He is also one of the lead contacts at the firm for AdvanceLaw, a legal network that helps member general counsels find and retain trusted counsel.
