Heidi Dohrmann

Heidi Dohrmann is an experienced executive and talent coach, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Elefortis Performance Group, LLC. With a strong background in advisory services, Heidi has held various leadership roles, including Director of Business Advisory Services and Solution Principal at Slalom Consulting, as well as Partner at Lotis Blue Consulting. As a member of Chief, Heidi contributes to fostering a community of women leaders. Heidi holds a B.A. in Business Management from the College of Saint Scholastica, where studies were completed from 2002 to 2005.
