Mike uses his professional operations experience to ensure a sharp focus on client needs and a collaborative effort on every matter.


His work includes overseeing the daily operations of two business units, encompassing 100 attorneys. He initiates projects by building the best teams for a given matter, which means providing the right level of industry experience to meet client objectives from Day One. He respects each client’s communications practices and aligns those with the firm to ensure seamless collaboration and teamwork.


Mike also is responsible for strategic planning, financial management, communications and performance improvement with his teams of attorneys. He excels in the marketing and business development areas, always working with attorneys to expand existing client relationships.


Mike was previously Chief Marketing Officer for a regional law firm and Director of Business Operations for a global accounting firm. Mike came to Husch Blackwell because he believes the firm understands that the future of the legal industry hinges on providing superior service. He finds his contribution to that evolution is both exciting and rewarding.
