Sverre serves as the Managing Director of Husch Blackwell’s Financial Services & Capital Markets business unit, providing the team both deep operational knowledge and market-based business savvy.

For 20 years, Sverre developed and maintained a successful law practice focused on middle-market corporate transactions and advice to closely held businesses and the families who own them. He knows the daily rigors and the importance of excellent client service in private practice, and he uses that experience to help his team function efficiently and go to market in a way that attracts clients and builds enduring relationships.

After leaving the practice of law, Sverre held many responsibilities in the business world, including c-suite experience, management consulting focused on operations and profitability, and service as the Chief Administrative Officer of one of the largest and most influential healthcare technology companies in the world. This business experience business gave Sverre the valuable perspective of a consumer of legal services and the need for deep industry knowledge, experience, and relationships.
