Be Ware

Be Ware has extensive work experience in various roles within different companies. They started their career as a Product/Project Engineer at Strattec Security Corporation in 2000. They then worked at Modine Manufacturing Company as a Senior Application Engineer, Internal Auditor, Engineering Supervisor, and Modine Operating System Manager. After that, they joined Actuant as a Continuous Improvement Leader. In 2012, they joined Perlick as a Continuous Improvement and Quality Manager. They also worked at Husco as the Global Director of Process Improvement, Director of Global Supplier Quality, and Director of Global Business Process Improvement. Throughout their career, Be Ware has been involved in enhancing and improving global supply chains, implementing lean principles, leading teams, and improving quality and continuous improvement culture in various companies.

Be Ware completed a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2000. Following this, from 2001 to 2006, Be Ware pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business & Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University.
