Mike Huseman has a long and successful career in executive leadership roles. Mike started their journey in 1995 at HGC Construction, where they worked as a Project Manager until 2001. In 2002, Mike Huseman founded their own company, Huseman Group, where they held the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer. Mike continued to lead Huseman Group until recently, when they took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at HGC Construction.
Mike Huseman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a Business Option from Xavier University, where they studied from 1983 to 1986. Mike also pursued Construction Management at the University of Cincinnati. In addition, they obtained a certification in "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" from LinkedIn in 2020.
