Paula Lacoma de la Losa currently serves as a Product Allocator at hush homewear ltd, a position held since June 2019, where responsibilities include supporting the merchandising team in stock management to meet sell-thru targets and analyzing daily stock and sales across multiple channels. Prior to this, Paula worked at Inditex from February 2018 to June 2019 as a Team Manager, overseeing a team of 40 Sales Advisors and focusing on coaching and achieving operational and commercial objectives. Paula began their career as a Sales Assistant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Administration from Universidad de Zaragoza, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade de Coimbra.
