Rebecca Morgan

Rebecca Morgan has extensive experience in HR, with their most recent role being Head of HR at hush since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at hush, where they initially partnered with department leaders on the employee lifecycle and policy alignment. Rebecca'srole evolved into a strategic leadership position for the HR function. Before joining hush, Rebecca worked as HR Director at Ralph Lauren from 2007 to 2020, where they developed strategic partnerships with retail business leaders, managed employee relations cases, and led talent acquisition efforts across EMEA. Rebecca also worked as an HR Manager at KOOKAI FRANCE from 2004 to 2007 and as an HR Advisor at World Design and Trade Co Ltd from 2000 to 2004.

Rebecca Morgan has a strong educational background in personnel and development. Rebecca obtained a Masters degree in Personnel and Development from De Montfort University, completing it in the academic years of 1999-2000. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Arts - MA degree in the same field at De Montfort University from 1998 to 1999. Before their postgraduate studies, Rebecca earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors (BA Hons) in English and European Literature from the University of Warwick, which they completed from 1995 to 1998.
