Bineet Kumar Varma

Bineet Kumar Varma has a diverse work experience in the renewable energy sector. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Project Engineer at IMEC Engineers Pvt Ltd, where they designed solar systems based on customer requirements, performed site surveys, and negotiated with vendors. BINEET KUMAR was also responsible for selling solar LED products and generating sales leads. Additionally, they played a key role in exhibiting products at various exhibitions and tracked competitors' information. From 2015 to 2016, Bineet worked as a Solar Engineer at Husk Power Systems, where they trained students on PV technology, system design, and installation procedures. BINEET KUMAR also provided maintenance for different solar components. In 2016, they were promoted to the role of Engineering Manager at Husk Power Systems before becoming the Head of Operations and Maintenance in 2019. In this role, Bineet was responsible for the commissioning and maintenance of solar mini grids, fault rectification, smart prepaid meter installation, and remote monitoring of solar sites.

Bineet Kumar Varma has a diverse education history. BINEET KUMAR obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Power Plant Engineering from the National Power Training Institute in Neyveli. Prior to that, they completed their High School education at Don Bosco Academy, where they focused on Maths and Science subjects. Bineet went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication from Cochin University of Science and Technology, which they completed in 2010. Additionally, in 2017, they obtained a Solar PV Certification from the Skill Council for Green Jobs. In terms of earlier education, Bineet completed their 10th grade from A.N College in the year 2004.
