Preeti Ahuja

Preeti Ahuja is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Husk Power and Director of Talent Development at the Economic Transformation Council, both positions held since February and April 2025, respectively. Ahuja previously held the role of Global HR Leader at Atlas Copco Group from April 2023 to March 2025, and Head of People at Peak from November 2021 to March 2023. Ahuja's career also includes experience as an HR Business Partner at Alfa Laval from July 2014 to November 2021. Ahuja specializes in designing and implementing innovative HR strategies and interventions aimed at organizational growth, with a focus on retention, individual development, training, performance management, and team building.
