Jami Johnson is an experienced leader in customer care and support, currently serving as the Director of Customer Care at Husqvarna Group since September 2019, after previously holding the position of Customer Care Manager. Prior to this role, Jami was the Customer Support Manager at Castlight Health, where management of tier one inbound operations and team development for 46 call agents and supervisors were key responsibilities.
