Rey Rahbar

Rey Rahbar is a seasoned information security leader with extensive experience in various high-profile roles. Currently serving as Chief Information Security Officer at Husqvarna Group since September 2025, Rey previously held the position of Head of Security - Global Solutions and Director of IT Security at Electrolux from March 2021 to August 2025. Between March 2018 and August 2022, Rey was the Head of IT Development and CIO at SVT. Rey started at Ericsson as Information Technology Strategy Manager from August 2012 to May 2018, defining digital transformation goals and addressing IT risks. Prior experiences include serving as IT Manager at H&M, where Rey established the online testing organization, and as Product Team Manager at Sony Mobile Communications. Rey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic (telekom) from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, completed in 1998.
