Thomas Cetti, P.E. is a Senior Civil Engineer at Hussey Gay Bell since September 2018, bringing extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Thomas also held the role of Principal / Project Manager at Thomas & Hutton Engineering Co. from March 1998 to November 2009 and worked as a Transportation Engineer II at Georgia DOT from March 1990 to March 1998. Thomas obtained a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (BCE) from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1988 and 1990, and has previous educational experience at Armstrong State University and Benedictine Military School.
