Peter Hong

Peter Hong currently serves as the Global Director of Operations, Engineering & Innovation at KFC, a role held since August 2022, focusing on equipment and operational innovations. Additionally, Peter has been an Independent Advisor for Hustle Clean since September 2020 and previously held various positions at Boston Consulting Group, culminating as Project Leader until August 2022. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Raytheon Technologies from 2012 to 2017, where Peter managed a $4.2 billion aerospace manufacturing P&L as Executive Chief of Staff. Peter holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business and Engineering from Drexel University.
