Lea Engelhardt is an accomplished leader in people and talent management, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Paine Ventures since April 2022, where the focus is on enhancing venture firm returns through high-performing teams. Additionally, Lea Engelhardt is an Angel Investor with Hustle Fund starting in February 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Head of Global People Development & Engagement at Pagaya from May 2021 to June 2022, and various positions at Gusto, including Director of Global Communications and Chief of Staff to the CEO, from August 2014 to May 2021. Beginning a career in the industry with Benchmark as an Executive Assistant to a founding General Partner, Lea Engelhardt has consistently demonstrated expertise in people strategy and communications, supported by an educational background from the University of California, Davis.
