We also do this with results because we performed on average 40% better than the market last year. We also take care of the check-in & out of guests; we assist them 24/7 in communication, do the cleaning after departure, and carry out maintenance and repairs if necessary. On the other hand, we foresee extensive digitization to take the service to a higher level. We have developed an online guest portal with all information about the reservation and the property. The mail or book with all the information is a thing of the past. This allows the guest to travel & enjoy carefreely. We also digitize every home to prevent nuisance, keep energy bills as low as possible, and guarantee security through electronic locks. An owner can also track all this in his owner portal.
