Ian G. has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry. Ian started their career as a Quality Assurance Functionality Tester at Babel Media Ltd in 2004. Ian joined Electronic Arts in 2010 and held multiple roles within the company. Ian started as an Associate Product Manager and later became a Product Manager, responsible for managing the product lifecycle of games. In 2012, they were promoted to Senior Product Manager, but their tenure at Electronic Arts ended in the same year.

Ian then joined Lionhead Studios in 2013 as a Product Manager for Fable Legends. Ian held this position until 2016 when they transitioned to the role of Game Director at Hutch Games. As the Game Director at Hutch Games, Ian leads a team of 25 people, focusing on developing and launching exciting racing games for mobile platforms.

Ian G. completed their Bachelor of Science with Honors degree in Mathematics with Management from the University of Sussex. Ian attended the university from 2001 to 2005.
