Houcem Eddine Fradj

Houcem eddine Fradj is an experienced industrial engineer currently serving as an Industrial Project Leader at Hutchinson since May 2024, focusing on the start-up of industrialization projects, investment management, layout design, and manufacturing process definition. Previously, Houcem worked as a Harness Design Engineer at Nexans autoelectric Group from July 2022 to May 2024, where responsibilities included the design of Daimler Motor Harness and coordination of electromechanical component development. Prior experience includes a role as a Product Design & Development Engineer at LEONI, contributing to the series design of VW ID3 Innen-Raum Harness. Earlier, Houcem served as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Maklada steel wire drawing, overseeing maintenance plans and technical staff. Educational credentials include an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ecole nationale supérieure des ingénieurs de Tunis, obtained in 2015, and foundational studies at Institut préparatoire aux études d'ingénieurs de Monastir from 2009 to 2012.
