Joshua Hayes

Joshua Hayes is a Partner at Hutchison PLLC, where since September 2017, expert advisory services have been provided to emerging growth and venture capital technology and life science companies in the Research Triangle and beyond. Prior to this role, Joshua served as an Associate Attorney focusing on emerging growth and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law for technology and life science industries. Joshua's legal career began at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP from August 2013 to September 2017, specializing in commercial transactions, business associations, corporate law, and secured transactions. Joshua holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, a Master of Arts in Teaching from Duke University, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
