Rob Bagchus

Rob Bagchus has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations within the logistics and distribution industry. Rob started their career as the Deputy Director at SVZ, Port Industries' Association Rotterdam in 1997. In 2001, they became the Director at Deltalinqs, where they served until 2009. Following this, Bagchus joined ECT as the Chief Public Affairs & Public Relations Officer in 2009. In 2010, they became a Member Of The Supervisory Board at Secure Logistics BV. In 2014, Bagchus took on the role of Chairman at Rotterdam Terminal Operators' Association (VRTO). Their most recent role is Member Of The Board Of Advisors at HIDC - Holland International Distribution Council, which they started in 2020.

Rob Bagchus attended Hugo de Groot from 1973 to 1979 where they received their VWO degree. From 1973 to 1979, they also attended Segbroek College and obtained another VWO degree. Subsequently, they enrolled in Erasmus University Rotterdam and completed their studies there from 1980 to 1987, earning a drs degree in Economics.
