Windy Wu

Windy Wu is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Lead of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and HR Operations at 和黄医药 since July 2021. Prior to this role, Windy Wu held various positions at Baxter International Inc., including HR Payroll and Benefits Manager for the Greater China Region, Associate Manager for Benefits Management, and Senior HR Consultant for C&B projects from July 2014 to July 2021. Windy Wu's experience also includes serving as the HR Manager at Crossing Automation, where responsibilities encompassed all HR-related functions, and as an HR C&B Specialist at Manpower China, providing support to approximately 800 employees. Windy Wu began the career as an HR Associate at Agilent Technologies, supporting HR operations for a sizable workforce.
