Ana Tereza Maçarico

Ana Tereza Maçarico has extensive work experience in human capital and management consulting. Ana Tereza began their career in 1985 as Head of Human Resources at various companies including McDonald's, General Motors-Delphi, Novabase, Somincor, Auchan-Oney, and TAP-Air Atlantis. From 2014 to 2017, they served as Head of Business Unit - Human Capital at SDO Consultoria. In 2015, Ana became a Certified Trainer and Associate Partner for Portugal at Huthwaite International. Ana Tereza also took on the role of Project Manager for Portugal associated with CEGOC in 2019. Ana has worked as an Associate Senior Consultant at CEGOC since 2018 and as an Associate Partner at Business Setting since 2018. In 2020, they became a Mentor at PWN Lisbon's Mentoring Program. Overall, Ana Tereza Maçarico has a diverse background in consulting and human resources spanning over three decades.

Ana Tereza Maçarico obtained a Licenciatura degree in Jurídicas from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de Lisboa, which they attended from 1980 to 1985. Ana Tereza then pursued a Pós Graduação degree in Gestão Recursos Humanos at Instituto Superior de Gestão, studying there from 1990 to 1991. In addition to their formal education, Ana Tereza Maçarico has also obtained additional certifications. In November 2017, they received a Leadership Circle Profile Certification from The Leadership Circle. In January 2014, they became a SPIN® Selling Skills Lead Trainer, certified by Huthwaite International.
